RECITALS
Several times through the year there will be recitals. All are encouraged to participate, as the best way to get over nerves, it frequent performance, but no student is required to participate. There will be opportunities for duets and small ensembles to perform based on ability and demand.
Depending on the cost of renting the venue, there may be a small charge for tickets.
STUDIO CLASSES
Through the year, there may be Studio Classes scheduled. A Studio Class is when all the students gather and play for each other, getting both positive feedback and constructive suggestions. It benefits students in giving them an additional, no-pressure performance opportunity, as well as exposing students to different styles of music and helps them to develop the ear. All students are HIGHLY encouraged to attend, as this is almost like getting a class for free.
